The profiles are pressed from the EN AW-6060 alloy in accordance with the standard PN-EN 573-3: 2009.Dimension and shape tolerances meet the requirements of the standard PN-EN 12020-2: 2001.
Rectangular connections of the sections are obtained by cutting the profiles at an angle of 45° and inserting two cast corners into the profile chambers and then screwing them to the profile with screws.
Cross connections are made using connectors, which must be additionally pinned.
The middle chamber of the profile is filled with a fire-resistant insert with low thermal conductivity λ.
Transverse connections are made using connectors that must be doweled. All three chambers of the profile are filled with a fire-retardant insert with low thermal conductivity λ.

Fireproof external door system – 84 mm deep
An aluminum system designed for the production of external fire doors that meet the fire resistance requirements of EN 1634-1 and type testing according to EN 14351-1. The design allows for the construction of single- and double-leaf doors, as well as installations with sidelights (left and right) and a toplight.
Main technical features of the system:
- Depth of door leaf and frame profiles: 84 mm
- Construction type: internal fire doors in class EI, with the possibility of smoke tightness (class Sa or S200 - depending on the accessories used)
- Door types: single-leaf and double-leaf
- Expansion options: sidelights (on both sides) and toplight
Sealing: EPDM seals; optionally available smoke-tight version ensuring smoke tightness.
Fillings:
- Single glazing – from 15 mm thickness
- Single- and double-chamber glazing units – up to 63 mm thick
- Opaque panels – from 43 to 58 mm thick
- Possibility of using Vienna muntin bars,

- The system works with a wide range of modern solutions: averse and reversible electric strikes, motor locks, wireless access control, panic fittings and automatic bolts – all for full control and security.
- Lighter construction without sacrificing strength. Thanks to the use of innovative fire-resistant inserts with a density of 0,225 g/cm³ and Ekoflam glass, the system ensures durability with lower weight.
- Resistance to weather conditions. The system is intended for outdoor use.
This solution is recommended for use in entrance areas of public buildings and in industrial, office and service facilities where certified fire and smoke protection as well as appropriate resistance to weather conditions are required.
