We are equipped with two modern lines – vertical SAT i horizontal AABO-IDEAL. Both are designed to provide maximum precision and minimize the risk of errors. This ensures uniform, durable coatings, regardless of the complexity of the job:
AABO-IDEAL automatic horizontal line
It offers the possibility of painting shorter aluminum profiles. Thanks to one booth with 10 automatic guns and additional three manual guns, we can precisely paint details of maximum dimensions 3000x500x2000 mm. This line provides full control over the paint application process and quick color changes.
Automatic SAT vertical line
Designed specifically for painting long aluminum profiles maximum dimensions of 200x100x7200 mm and weight up to 50 kg. Thanks to two cabins equipped with 20 guns each, we achieve a productivity of over 600 profiles per hour.
Before painting, each profile undergoes thorough surface preparation – degreasing, acid etching in a fluoride solution and zirconium passivation, which significantly increases paint adhesion and corrosion resistance.
Zirconium passivation
The key to durability is proper surface preparation, and this is where we go to the next level. All details undergo a zirconium passivation process before painting. What does this mean in practice? Better paint adhesion and greater corrosion resistance. This is something that makes a difference, especially when we are talking about elements exposed to changing weather conditions.
