Two lines - full autonomy
The Morad paint shop consists of two fully automatic lines.
SAT vertical line – dedicated to aluminum profiles. It consists of two cabins (20 guns each), which guarantees efficiency of the order of 600–650 profiles/h, with a maximum profile of 200 × 100 × 7200 mm and a weight of up to 50 kg.
AABO‑IDEAL horizontal line – enables painting of components up to 3000 × 500 × 2000 mm made of aluminum, steel and galvanized steel. The line's efficiency is due to the integrated system with 10 automatic machines and 3 manual guns morad.pl.
Automation is the key
Modern solutions mean not only process efficiency, but above all quality! Automatic coating thickness measurement before and after ensures accuracy and minimizes paint consumption. Advanced surface preparation – washing, acid etching, tin-zirconium passivation (SAT line) and iron phosphating and zirconium passivation (AABO-IDEAL line) guarantee excellent adhesion and protection against corrosion. Touch panel control – intuitive, allows for quick color changes and total control over every step of the process.

What does this mean in practice? Rigorous thickness control, adhesion, mechanical, chemical and corrosion resistance. Testing by independent laboratories – the document confirms the durability and high quality of the coating. Recognition of industry standards by construction – the Seaside Certificate assumes tests for corrosive and seaside conditions, guaranteeing coatings resistant even to aggressive environments.
Full color palette and flexibility
Availability of all colours from the full RAL palette – from subtle whites and greys to expressive architectural colours. MVP in the form of PXS Wagner kitchen – closed powder circuit, ultrasonic sieve, consumption weight measurement, i.e. quick color change and process recording.
