SYSTEM AC-84 EI30
- Maximum height of the mullion wall: to 3278mm
- Maximum glass in a glazing-free wall: 1700x3200mm
Fire resistance: EI30
Impact resistance in walls: IVb*
Fire spread: NRA
The profiles are extruded from EN AW-6060 alloy in accordance with the PN-EN 573-3:2009 standard. Dimensional and shape tolerances meet the requirements of the PN-EN 12020-2:2001 standard.
There is a 4 mm wide gap between the glass panes, filled with expanding tape and sealed with fire-resistant silicone.
The central chamber of the profile is filled with a fire-resistant insert with a low thermal conductivity coefficient λ.

Morad AC-84EI glazing and glazing-free fire-resistant internal wall system
The MORAD aluminum system for constructing fire-resistant, frameless interior walls is designed based on 84 mm deep aluminum profiles. It is used in public buildings, office buildings, and commercial buildings, wherever fire safety parameters must be maintained while maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of glazing.
Main technical features of the system:
- Depth of door leaf and frame profiles: 84 mm
- Construction type: internal fire-resistant walls without mullions in class EI30
- Door compatibility – AC-84EI system
Fillings:
- Contraflam Structure 30 glass – 23 mm thick
Advantages of the system:
- Aesthetics at the highest level
Possibility of making doors in a duo-color version - powder coating in the full RAL palette, in accordance with QUALICOAT / QUALICOAT Seaside standards. - Design flexibility
The ability to construct walls at 90° angles or any other angle. The system also allows for connecting three walls and expanding frame profiles.
The MORAD internal fire-resistant wall system is an advanced technical solution, created for designers and investors who expect reliable fire protection, high aesthetics and flexibility in space arrangement.
