Privacy Policy

The data controller is MORAD Sp. z o. o. with its seat in Kartuzy, ul. Kościerska 13, code: 83-300, KRS 0000161342, NIP 5890009427, REGON 008478244. Data are protected in accordance with the requirements of applicable provisions of law, and stored on secured servers.
The term "GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

Information Clause, legitimate interest (monitoring for counterparties, clients, visitors and contractors)

Pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR) I would like to inform you that:

2. Your image may be processed as part of video surveillance at the seat of MORAD, Tuchom, ul. Tęczowa 41, owned by the controller and used to ensure the safety of persons and the protection of property on the basis of a legitimate interest specified in art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

3. Your personal data will be made available to recipients authorised under provisions of law and to processors for the purposes of IT and service support.

4. Your personal data will be stored for up to 90 days

. You have the right to access, rectify, erase and transfer your data as well as to restrict its processing and the right to object; however, your data may be completely erased only after the expiry of the period for pursuing claims.

6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, when you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.

7. Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner with decision-making, including profiling.

2. The Website obtains information about Users and their behaviour in the following way:

a) through information entered voluntarily in forms,

b) by saving cookies in end devices,

c) by sending a newsletter, with prior consent,

d) by sending messages containing commercial information, with prior consent,

e) by conducting marketing activities of cooperating entities, only with prior consent.

1. The Website Service Provider is the Controller of the data of its clients.

2. The Service Provider is also the Controller of personal data of individuals subscribed to the newsletter.

3. Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions on personal data protection, in accordance with the current Privacy Policy, to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish and properly provide electronic Services.

4. To the extent and for the purpose necessary for pursuing legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.

5. Each person has the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of their data, the right to object and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

6. Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data on the Website is possible via e-mail at: it@morad.pl.

7. Personal data may be erased as a result of the withdrawal of consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.

8. Personal data are not shared with entities other than those authorized under the applicable provisions of law.

9. The effects of a possible breach of data security are minimised thanks to the technical solutions used in the Website.

2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User's end device for the purpose of using the Website pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they originate from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.

3. The Website Operator is the entity saving cookies on the Website User's end device and accessing them.

Cookies are used for the following purposes:

a. Creating statistics that help to understand how Website Users use webpages for the purpose of improving their structure and content.
