During the implementation of this investment, we made approximately 200 meters of balcony balustrades and 60 meters of roof balustrades in MORAD AB-OPTIMAL system. What makes this system stand out? It is, above all, a perfect combination of durability and aesthetics. Aluminum blend 270 wide mm gives the structure a modern, minimalist look and at the same time ensures durability for many years.
We also took care of safety - the balustrades are filled with laminated safety glass VSG 44.2, which meets the highest standards of protection and durability. The choice of such materials is not accidental - more and more emphasis in modern investments is placed on combining functionality with aesthetics, which fits perfectly into current architectural trends.
Colors and finish at the highest level
Every detail is important, which is why all the balustrade elements were varnished in our professional powder coating We are one of the few companies in Poland that meet the certified standard Qualicoat Seaside, which provides exceptional corrosion resistance and durability of coatings in demanding conditions. This is a guarantee of not only aesthetics, but also durability for years. We chose two shades - subtle grey RAL 7047 and classic white NCS S0500-N. Both colours finished in a matt give the balustrades elegance and modernity, perfectly matching the building's facade, creating a coherent and visually attractive space.
Vertical slats – a modern accent that attracts attention
One of the most characteristic elements of this investment is vertical aluminum slats, which we installed on the balconies in accordance with the architect's idea. Several hundred meters of slats not only gave the building a unique character, but also provided residents with greater privacy, while adding a modern touch to the entire structure.
Lamellas are one of the leading trends in modern construction – they not only visually enhance the elevation, but also perform practical functions, taking care of the comfort of residents. Their use shows how details can define the final effect of the investment.
