Terms of Use

These Regulations define the rules for using the morad.pl website. Specifies the rights and obligations of website users and administrators.

1) Regulations - this document defining the rules of use and provision of services by morad.pl.

4) Service - whenever the Regulations mention the Service, it is synonymous with the morad.pl website.

5) User account - an individual, electronic account registered by the user on the morad.pl website, identified by a unique login and password selected by the user, which is also an entry in the database of morad.pl website users.

6) Service of the website - persons acting under the authority of the owner of the Website.

7) Website partner - an entity cooperating with the Website.

2) The website allows users to browse, download materials and create messages by using the contact form.

3) The Website Owner reserves the right to introduce fees for the services provided.

7) The User consents to the processing of his personal data for technical, statistical and marketing purposes by the website operator and consents to the sending of commercial content sent by the website operator or website partners.

3) The User using the Website acts at his or her own risk. In particular, the owner of the Website is not responsible for disclosing classified information in the forms.

4) The User undertakes not to involve the owner of the Website in any legal or financial disputes to which the owner of the Website is not a party.

5) The Website is not liable for any losses and damages resulting from the correct or faulty operation of the Website, in particular for interruptions in its operation.

7) The Website undertakes to cooperate with authorized state authorities as a result of actions taken against the User as a result of a crime committed or suspected of committing a crime.

4. Every person has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
