Introduction

These Regulations define the rules for using the morad.pl website. Specifies the rights and obligations of website users and administrators.

1) Using the Website constitutes the user's consent to the Regulations.

2) The website allows users to browse, download materials and create messages by using the contact form.

3) The Website Owner reserves the right to introduce fees for the services provided.

5) The Website User may only be an adult person with full legal capacity or who has the consent of a legal representative to use the Website.

6) The Website Owner reserves the right to any modification of the Website's functionality and to change the principles of operation, in particular to discontinue operations. As a result of such actions, Users are not entitled to any claims against the owner of the Website.

7) The User consents to the processing of his personal data for technical, statistical and marketing purposes by the website operator and consents to the sending of commercial content sent by the website operator or website partners.

3) The User using the Website acts at his or her own risk. In particular, the owner of the Website is not responsible for disclosing classified information in the forms.

4) The User undertakes not to involve the owner of the Website in any legal or financial disputes to which the owner of the Website is not a party.

5) The Website is not liable for any losses and damages resulting from the correct or faulty operation of the Website, in particular for interruptions in its operation.

7) The Website undertakes to cooperate with authorized state authorities as a result of actions taken against the User as a result of a crime committed or suspected of committing a crime.
