The profiles are pressed from the EN AW-6060 alloy according to PN-EN 573-3:2009. Dimensional and shape tolerances comply with the PN-EN 12020-2:2001 standard. Rectangular connections of the sections are obtained by cutting the profiles at an angle of 45˚ and inserting a corner into the profile chambers, which can be pinned, twisted or crimped. Cross connections are made using aluminum connectors that can be pinned or screwed. A characteristic feature of the system is its close connection with the AC-62 insulated window and door system, as well as other Morad systems. Adopting this design assumption allowed us to obtain and use many compatible elements in these systems, e.g.: common glazing beads, corners, sealing beads, glazing and cover seals, common fittings and accessories. One of the effects of unification is the almost identical external and internal appearance of the manufactured products.

AZ-45 is a modern aluminum system, used to make internal architectural elements that do not require thermal insulation, such as: partition walls, windows, doors, including sliding, swing, accordion and automatic doors, vestibules, showcases, cash registers, showcases, bent structures, etc.. The structural depth of the sections is: 52,6 mm for window sashes profiles and 44,6 mm for other sections. The offer includes profiles adapted to traditional surface hinges, as well as profiles with a Euro-groove for a rebate hinge. Acceptable fillings range from 2 to 30 mm. Fillings can be single or composite glass, as well as sandwich boards, polycarbonate (cellular or solid), furniture boards, steel or aluminum sheets (in combination with polyurethane, polystyrene or hard mineral wool). Depending on the thickness of the filling, appropriate glazing strips and mounting seals made of EPDM synthetic rubber are selected.
