MORAD AF-50 EI60 SYSTEM

Fire-resistant facade for up to 60 minutes (EI60)

The MORAD AF-50 EI60 system has been designed for demanding projects where ensuring fire protection while maintaining the modern appearance of the façade is crucial.

The construction is based on the proven post and beam system MORAD AF-50, enhanced with additional reinforcements: special cores secured with plaster-based inserts, expansion tapes, and fire-resistant connectors. This solution allows for achieving a fire resistance class EI60, meeting stringent fire safety standards while maintaining the lightness and aesthetics typical of curtain walls.

Special fire-resistant glass is used to glaze the system. Contraflam 60-3 Vetrotech, 27 mm thick, which ensure integrity and fire insulation for a minimum of 60 minutes.

The AF-50 EI60 system is a combination of advanced technology and a high level of protection – ideal for use in public buildings, shopping centers, office buildings, hotels and multi-family buildings.
