Additional information:

The profiles are pressed from the EN AW-6060 alloy according to PN-EN 573-3:2009. Dimensional and shape tolerances comply with the PN-EN 12020-2:2001 standard. Rectangular connections of the sections are obtained by cutting the profiles at an angle of 45˚ and inserting a corner into the profile chambers, which can be pinned, twisted or crimped. Cross connections are made using aluminum connectors that can be pinned or screwed. A characteristic feature of the system is its close connection with the AC-62 insulated window and door system, as well as other Morad systems. Adopting this design assumption allowed us to obtain and use many compatible elements in these systems, e.g.: common glazing beads, corners, sealing beads, glazing and cover seals, common fittings and accessories. One of the effects of unification is the almost identical external and internal appearance of the manufactured products.

A modern solution for interior installation

The AZ-45 system is a lightweight and versatile aluminum system that's ideal for constructing architectural elements inside buildings. It can be used to create partition walls, doors (including sliding, swinging, accordion, and automatic doors), windows, display cases, vestibules, checkout counters, and display cases.

The structure requires no thermal insulation, making it ideal for interior use. The profiles have a depth of:

  • 52,6 mm for window sashes
  • 44,6 mm for other elements

The AZ-45 system allows the use of various types of hinges – both traditional surface hinges and modern recessed hinges (Euro-groove).

The filling can be 2 to 30 mm thick. Choose from:

  • single and double glazing
  • sandwich plates
  • polycarbonate (solid or cellular)
  • furniture boards
  • steel or aluminum sheet with an additional insulating layer (e.g. polystyrene, polyurethane foam, mineral wool)

The system uses reliable EPDM seals and glazing beads matched to the thickness of the infills, ensuring the aesthetics and durability of the entire structure.
