Details:

The profiles are pressed from the EN AW-6060 alloy in accordance with the standard PN-EN 573-3: 2009.Dimension and shape tolerances meet the requirements of the standard PN-EN 12020-2: 2001.

Rectangular connections of the sections are obtained by cutting the profiles at an angle of 45° and inserting two cast corners into the profile chambers and then screwing them to the profile with screws.

Cross connections are made using connectors, which must be additionally pinned.

MORAD AC-84EI – EI60 interior doors

The AC-84EI system enables the construction of interior aluminum doors with an EI60 fire resistance rating, providing effective fire protection while maintaining modern aesthetics and durability. The system is based on 84 mm deep aluminum profiles with thermal breaks and fire-resistant inserts.

Main technical features of the system:

  • Depth of door leaf and frame profiles: 84 mm
  • Construction type: internal fire doors in class EI, with the possibility of smoke tightness (class Sa or S200 - depending on the accessories used)
  • Door types: single-leaf and double-leaf
  • Expansion options: sidelights (on both sides) and toplight
  • Threshold solutions: three variants – fixed threshold, falling threshold or sealing brush

Fillings:

  • Single glazing – from 26 mm thickness
  • Single- and double-chamber glazing units – up to 63 mm thick
  • Opaque panels – from 43 to 58 mm thick

  • Lighter construction without sacrificing strength. Thanks to the use of innovative fire-resistant inserts with a density of 0,225 g/cm³ and Ekoflam glass, the system ensures durability with lower weight.
