parameters

Fire resistance: EI60

Impact resistance in mullion walls: IVb*

Fire spread: NRA

Details:

The profiles are pressed from the EN AW-6060 alloy in accordance with the standard PN-EN 573-3: 2009.Dimension and shape tolerances meet the requirements of the standard PN-EN 12020-2: 2001.

Rectangular connections of the sections are obtained by cutting the profiles at an angle of 45° and inserting two cast corners into the profile chambers and then screwing them to the profile with screws.

Cross connections are made using connectors, which must be additionally pinned.

The middle chamber of the profile is filled with a fire-resistant insert with low thermal conductivity λ.

The maximum wall width is not limited, provided that expansion joints are used every 8000 mm.

MORAD AC-84EI – EI60 internal wall

The MORAD aluminum system for constructing non-load-bearing, fire-resistant interior walls is designed based on 84 mm deep aluminum profiles. It is used in public buildings, office buildings, and commercial buildings, wherever fire safety parameters must be maintained while maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of glazing.

Main technical features of the system:

  • Depth of door leaf and frame profiles: 84 mm
  • Construction type: fire-resistant internal mullion walls in EI class
  • Wall reinforcement: from a height of 3010mm
  • Door compatibility – AC-84EI system

Fillings:

  • Single glazing – from 26 mm thickness
  • Single- and double-chamber glazing units – up to 63 mm thick
  • Opaque panels – from 43 to 58 mm thick

Advantages of the system:

  • Aesthetics at the highest level
Possibility of making doors in a duo-color version - powder coating in the full RAL palette, in accordance with QUALICOAT / QUALICOAT Seaside standards.
  • Design flexibility
The ability to construct walls at 90° angles or any other angle. The system also allows for connecting three walls and expanding frame profiles.
  • Lightweight yet durable construction
Thanks to the use of innovative fire-resistant inserts with a density of 0,225 g/cm³ and Ekoflam glass, the system ensures high durability while reducing weight.

The MORAD internal fire-resistant wall system is an advanced technical solution, created for designers and investors who expect reliable fire protection, high aesthetics and flexibility in space arrangement.
