The profiles are pressed from the EN AW-6060 alloy in accordance with the standard PN-EN 573-3: 2009.Dimension and shape tolerances meet the requirements of the standard PN-EN 12020-2: 2001.
Rectangular connections of the sections are obtained by cutting the profiles at an angle of 45° and inserting two cast corners into the profile chambers and then screwing them to the profile with screws.
Cross connections are made using connectors, which must be additionally pinned.

MORAD AC-84EI – Fixed external window EI60
The AC-84EI system is a proven solution for creating fixed windows with EI30 fire resistance, intended for both exterior and interior use. These windows combine fire safety with modern design and high durability.
The structure is based on three-chamber aluminum profiles with a depth of 84 mm, equipped with a thermal break and fire-resistant inserts.

- Depth of door leaf and frame profiles: 84 mm
- Thermal break: 35 mm (glass fiber reinforced polyamide)
- Possibility of building walls: with horizontal and vertical glass panes

- Single- and double-chamber glazing units – up to 63 mm thick
