The automatic powder coating plant is the next step in the process of constant development of the company, both in the field of investment in modern production technologies and the expansion of infrastructure and its own machinery.

The introduced technology is an extension of the methods of painting aluminum elements known on the market automatic coating thickness measurement process. The use of an additional solution reduces the need for raw materials and reduces the risk of paint defects. The finished product is characterized by: high resistance to mechanical damage and high degree of hydrophobicity, thanks to innovative technology painting with powder paints with a refining additive.

VERTICAL PAINT SHOP by SAT – dedicated to powder coating of vertically suspended profiles, ultra-modern in every detail. It consists of two separate painting booths equipped with: 20 guns each. Cabins serve aluminum profiles with dimensions 200x100x7200mm and weighing 50 kg – with a constant, repeatable efficiency of over 600 profiles per hour. Before coating, each profile is degreased, acid etched in a fluoride solution and zirconium passivation.

AABO-IDEAL automatic horizontal line

HORIZONTAL PAINT SHOP by AABO-IDEAL consists of one cabin equipped with 10 automatic pistols. Their work can be additionally supported by using three additional hand guns located in front and behind the cabin. This is a classic line, but it has one major advantage: it allows the coating of details made of three different types of metals: aluminum, steel and galvanized steel dimensions 3000x500x2000mm. These details are transported on a conveyor moving at a speed of 1,2 m/min. Before coating, each detail is degreased and iron phosphated zirconium passivation.

The heart of both systems is a modern kitchen PXS by WAGNER integrating control tasks for the entire coating process. Despite its compact size, the device offers extensive functionality typical of modern powder feeding solutions, such as high feeding precision, a closed powder circuit, paint consumption data measurement and archiving, an ultrasonic sieve, a weight sensor, and an easy-to-use touchscreen display providing insight into all relevant system data.

Thanks to the ability to quickly change colors, the kitchen provides high system throughput. A wide range of colors from the full RAL palette is available.

QUALICOAT SEASIDE

The powder coating shop has the international QUALICOAT certificate Awarded by independent inspectors and accredited testing laboratories, the certification subjects coatings to rigorous testing. These tests assess, among other things, the coating's thickness and appearance, its adhesion, various mechanical properties, and resistance to chemicals. Corrosion resistance and changing weather conditions are also assessed. This thorough assessment confirms the durability and reliability of certified paint coatings.

Qualicoat is a significant quality standard in the painting industry – both a certificate and the name of an association registered over 30 years ago in Zurich. The organization works to change regulations in the construction industry in favor of high-quality construction products, stimulating communication between investors and companies involved in the production and assembly of aluminum building structures. Qualicoat embodies the concept of quality paint coatings on aluminum components in architecture. The Qualicoat logo may only be used by licensed paint shops.
