The profiles are pressed from the EN AW-6060 alloy according to PN-EN 573-3:2009. Dimensional and shape tolerances comply with the PN-EN 12020-2:2001 standard. Rectangular connections of the sections are obtained by cutting the profiles at an angle of 45˚ and inserting a corner into the profile chambers, which can be pinned, twisted or crimped. Cross connections are made using aluminum connectors that can be pinned or screwed. A characteristic feature of the system is its close connection with the AC-62 insulated window and door system as well as other Morad systems. Adopting this design assumption allowed us to obtain and use many compatible elements in these systems, e.g.: common glazing beads, corners, sealing beads, glazing and cover seals, common fittings and accessories. One of the effects of unification is the almost identical external and internal appearance of the manufactured products.

For internal installation without thermal insulation
The AZ-45 system is a modern aluminum solution designed for interior installations where thermal insulation is not required. It works well in structures such as:
- partition walls
- windows and doors (also with rebate hinges)
- shop windows, vestibules, cash registers, display cases
- bent structures
The door is available in two variants: with a frame flush with the door leaf, or a classic version with a non-coplanar door leaf. Installation with in-rebate hinges significantly reduces work time and simplifies the installation process.

- 44,6 mm or 52,6 mm – depending on the selected door version
Filling options (thickness 2–30 mm):
- single or double glazing
- sandwich plates
- polycarbonate (solid or cellular)
- furniture boards, steel or aluminum sheets with insulation (e.g. foam, polystyrene, mineral wool)
The AZ-45 system uses EPDM seals and dedicated glazing beads, matched to the thickness of the infills. This ensures durability, tightness, and aesthetics of the finished installation.
