Pressed profiles made of EN AW-6060 alloy according to PN-EN 573-3:2009. Dimensional and shape tolerances are in accordance with the PN-EN 12020-2:2001 standard. Rectangular connections of the sections are obtained by cutting the profile at an angle of 45® and inserting two corners into the profile chambers, which can be pinned or crimped. Transverse connections are made using connectors that must be pinned. The central chamber of the profile is filled with a fire-retardant insert with low thermal conductivity λ. The maximum width of the wall is not limited, provided that expansion joints are used every 8000 mm.

Aluminum system intended for construction of non-load-bearing internal fire-resistant walls. The depth of the profiles used is 84mm.
Walls can be built in both a mullion-and-beam system and a mullionless system. It is possible to use a wide range of fillings, from single glass through single- and double-chamber glass to opaque panel fillings. The internal wall system can be connected to the internal fire protection door system.
