The profiles are pressed from the EN AW-6060 alloy according to PN-EN 573-3:2009. Dimensional and shape tolerances comply with the PN-EN 12020-2:2001 standard. Rectangular connections of the sections are obtained by cutting the profiles at an angle of 45˚ and inserting a corner into the profile chambers, which can be pinned, twisted or crimped. Cross connections are made using aluminum connectors that can be pinned or screwed. A characteristic feature of the system is its close connection with the AC-62 insulated window and door system as well as other Morad systems. Adopting this design assumption allowed us to obtain and use many compatible elements in these systems, e.g.: common glazing beads, corners, sealing beads, glazing and cover seals, common fittings and accessories. One of the effects of unification is the almost identical external and internal appearance of the manufactured products.

Aluminum window and door system used for internal construction that does not require thermal insulation, such as: partition walls, windows, doors, vestibules, shop windows, cash registers, showcases, bent structures, etc. The doors are mounted on rebate hinges, significantly shortening the assembly time, with the option of choosing a door structure in which the door frame is flush with the door leaf or not. The structural depth of the sections is: 44,6 mm or 52,6 mm depending on the selected door variant with flush or non-coplanar leaves. The profiles are designed for installation on rebate hinges. Dremovable fillings in the range of 2 – 30 mm. Fillings can be single or composite glass, as well as sandwich boards, polycarbonate (cellular or solid), furniture boards, steel or aluminum sheets (in combination with polyurethane, polystyrene or hard mineral wool). Depending on the thickness of the filling, appropriate glazing strips and mounting seals made of EPDM synthetic rubber are selected.
